The fourth biennial GeoExchange BC Conference and Trade Show is being held in Vancouver on May 5 & 6, 2011. The venue is the beautiful Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC. The BC Conference has been very well received over the years and has become one of the major geothermal industry trade shows in the country.

Technical Committee 6.8 sponsored two seminars with five presentations about district energy systems. There was a great deal of interest in the topic, with an estimated 170 to 180 people attending…the largest audience anyone in the TC has seen.
