About Geo-Xergy Systems Inc 20101

Geo-Xergy is:

An engineering firm with a design team with over 40 years of individual design experience in designing high performance building systems for a wide range of applications. We have completed projects ranging from single family homes to large district geothermal energy systems of 700 homes that take advantage of waste energy rejected from ice arenas. Our name, Geo-Xergy, is derived from two words:

Ge-o-therm-al: [jee-oh-ther-muhl] - adjective - pertaining to the earth.

Ex-er-gy: [eks-er-jee] - noun - Exergy expresses the quality of an energy source and quantifies the useful work that may be done by a certain quantity of energy.

We believe in working with all stakeholders in a building project, including the owners, designers, builders, operators and users. Beginning with a thorough understanding of the building, our goal is to minimize the mechanical equipment and maximize the efficiency to reduce capital and energy consumption.
